One team returns just as another heads out. Check back regularly for news and prayer updates from the Portrush Presbyterian team who leave for Slovenia in the next few days. They will be working alongside the Forjans during their time there.

Hi Folks,
Time has quickly moved on and we are due to depart on on Tuesday 7th, returning late on Tuesday 21st August.
The team members are:

Please pray for:
• for the team, that we will all get on, working and living together
• health & safety for us as we travel to and from Slovenia and during our time there. Can you also please pray for health and safety for our families at home while we are away.
• that we will be an encouragement to the long term missionaries on the field and our presence will be an aid to their ministry
• that we will be effective ambassadors for Christ
• that talks and stories we have prepared will not fall on deaf ears but that
those we will be ministering to will have open hearts and be ready to hear the
truth of God’s word
• and that we truly show God’s love through all our actions
. please also pray for our energy levels in particulary adjusting to the heat (mid 30s) as we take part in active games during the hot part of the day.
On Wednesday & Thursday (8th & 9th) we will be involved in some Teen Outreach at a reunion camp which has been organised by Sebastian and Gloria Forjan. (http://www.sgforjan.com/)
Please pray for our conversations with the young people at this reunion camp.
Over the following weekend we will be meeting with local team leaders of a childrens camp in which we are helping the following week.
Please pray for us and our brothers & sisters in Slovenia as we spend some time in preparation for that childrens camp where we will be helping teach english and in some craft activities. The camp runs from Monday 13th to Sunday 20th.
